What is the estimated shipping time for your coffee?

All coffee is roasted after order to ensure absolute freshness. Shipping time typically depends on your delivery address. However, within the country, we usually offer delivery services within 3 to 7 business days.

Do you provide expedited shipping services for coffee orders?

We have a few different shipping options for our grand opening but will be looking to add more in the near future.

Does your coffee come with any return or exchange policies?

How We Handle Returns & Replacements

If there’s ever an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged shipment, or anything that doesn’t meet your expectations — please reach out within 2 days of delivery.

A Note on Opened Coffee Bags

Because our products are perishable and custom-roasted, we can’t accept returns of opened bags unless there’s a quality issue or fulfillment error. Still, if something feels off — taste, freshness, or packaging — please tell us. We’ll always listen and your happiness is why our ultimate goal. (However, we can't delivery the galaxy to you.)
