Satin Scales, whole bean, is delicious! I typically like my coffee with cream but I tried Satin Scales without it... just to experiment. This coffee is smooth, and slightly chocolatey - no cream needed! The packaging is both fun and informative. I enjoyed reading about the Draco constellation, coffee in hand, like a tiny adventure to start the day.

Every order is roasted to order and shipped within 24–48 hours of roasting. We never sell pre-roasted, shelf-sitting inventory. Your bag arrives with a roast date printed on it so you always know exactly how fresh it is. For peak flavor, we recommend brewing within 2–4 weeks of the roast date.
We offer four options to match your preferred brewing method: Whole Bean for those who love to grind fresh at home, Ground for drip coffee makers and pour-overs, Espresso for espresso machines and Moka pots, and Keurig compatible pods for quick single-serve convenience. Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags.
